How does Casamiyo work?
You start in three steps: set up the building, invite your neighbours, approve incoming receipts.
Set up the building
Upload the unit list from Excel or a photo of your ledger. Check the rows we read and save.
Invite your neighbours
Send each unit its own link by WhatsApp or SMS. Put a QR poster at the entrance.
Approve the receipt
The owner or tenant pays by bank transfer and uploads the receipt. The app finds the amount and the unit, you approve with one tap.

Volunteer manager
For the neighbour who runs the building in the evenings. One app instead of a ledger, Excel and a WhatsApp group. Setup is done from the phone.
Large complex
For complexes with blocks and hundreds of units. The site manager, treasurer and auditor work with their own permissions. Every action is written to a record that cannot be deleted.
Management company
For companies that run many sites. You switch between your sites with one account. Each site's data is kept apart.
How much does Casamiyo cost?
20 TL per unit a month, billed yearly: 240 TL per unit a year.

Dues do not pass through Casamiyo's account, they are paid straight into the building's bank account.
How do I switch from another app or Excel?
Switching is free: send us your file, we move units and open balances.
- Send the file you have: Excel, CSV or an export from the app you use.
- Units, owners and tenants, and open balances are moved.
- You check and approve. If your ledger is on paper, a photo is enough.
Frequently asked questions
Is Casamiyo free?
The first 3 months are free. After that it costs 20 TL per unit a month, billed yearly.
Do owners and tenants pay anything?
No. They use the app for free.
Do dues go to Casamiyo's account?
No. Dues are paid straight into the building's bank account. Casamiyo does not collect money.
Can everyone see the list of people in debt?
No, only management can. The KVKK Board ruled that posting debt lists in shared areas is unlawful.

How is the late fee calculated?
5% a month is added for each month of delay. On 1,250.00 TL of dues, one month of delay is 62.50 TL.
Can older neighbours use it?
Yes. Text is large and buttons are wide. They join in three steps from the invite link.
Which devices does it run on?
iPhone, iPad, Android phones and tablets. You can also sign in from a computer with a browser.
How do I cancel the subscription?
You cancel in the app at any time. When you close the building you export all the data, and the community gets a notification.
Where is my data stored?
On servers in the European Union. Each building's data is kept apart and every change is written to a record that cannot be deleted.
